Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when the room is available — just reach out in advance. Self-guided check-in makes arrival flexible and stress-free.

We typically require a 2-night minimum stay. During peak season (December–April) and around major holidays, a 3–5 night minimum may apply. For last-minute availability, feel free to reach out directly — shorter stays may be possible.

Our standard policy allows a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations within 14 days may receive a partial refund or travel credit. Exact terms are shown during the booking process.

The easiest way is the passenger ferry from Puerto Juárez — the ride takes about 15–20 minutes and runs frequently. From Cancún Airport (CUN), take a taxi or ADO bus to Puerto Juárez, then hop on the ferry. Casa Sirena is just a 3-minute walk from the ferry dock.

It's one of our best options for exactly that. The suite has two separate rooms — each with its own bed — connected within a private space, so two couples get a sense of independence while sharing the sea-view balcony and ensuite. The King converts to two singles if you need four single beds instead.

We are not a pet-friendly property at this time. This allows us to maintain a clean, allergy-conscious environment for all guests. Contact us and we can suggest pet-friendly alternatives on the island.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but you are steps from some of the best breakfast spots on Isla Mujeres — fresh fruit, tamales, eggs, and strong Mexican coffee are just a short walk away. We're happy to share our personal recommendations.

Isla Mujeres is a year-round destination! The dry season (November–April) offers calmest weather and best snorkeling. Summer months (May–September) bring fewer crowds and lower rates. Hurricane season (June–November) occasionally brings brief storms but rarely affects short stays significantly.
