A cozy queen bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and air conditioning keep everything restful after a full day of sun and sea. At 215 square feet, the room is thoughtfully sized for one or two guests who want a simple, serene home base on the island.

Everything You Need to Know
No — bedrooms are not rented individually. Casa Sirena is booked as a Private 4-Bedroom Stay (Rooms 1, 3, 4 and 5, up to 8 guests, plus up to 2 more for an additional fee) or a Private 8-Bedroom Stay (all eight bedrooms plus the Flex Room, up to 18 guests). Both options give your group exclusive use of the entire hacienda.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when the hacienda is available — just reach out in advance. Our on-site team will be there to welcome you when you arrive.
We typically require a 2-night minimum stay. During peak season (December–April) and around major holidays, a 3–5 night minimum may apply. For last-minute availability, feel free to reach out directly — shorter stays may be possible.
Our standard policy allows a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations within 14 days may receive a partial refund or travel credit. Exact terms are shown during the booking process.
The easiest way is the passenger ferry from Puerto Juárez (near Cancún) — the ride takes about 20 minutes and runs frequently. From Cancún Airport (CUN), book a shuttle or take a taxi to the ferry, then hop on the boat. Casa Sirena is less than a 5-minute walk from the ferry dock.
We are not a pet-friendly property at this time. This allows us to maintain a clean, allergy-conscious environment for all guests. Contact us and we can suggest pet-friendly alternatives on the island.
Breakfast is not included, but the fully equipped kitchen is yours to use during your stay — and some of the best breakfast spots on Isla Mujeres are a short walk away. We’re happy to share our personal recommendations.

Yes! The king beds in Rooms 1, 3 and 4 each convert into two separate single beds — a great option for friends or family members who prefer their own space. Just let us know your preference when booking and we’ll set them up before you arrive.
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for direct bookings. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due before check-in. Booking direct ensures you always get the best rate with no extra fees.
Casa Sirena sits in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Centro, and your group has exclusive use of the hacienda for your whole stay. You won’t need a car or golf cart — the ferry, Playa Norte, restaurants, and shops are all walkable. Taxis and golf cart rentals are easy to find if you want to explore the south end of the island.
