• Full service breakfast Monday - Saturday

• Complimentary Sunday Continental Breakfast available on request

Sunset happy hour included:

• "Sunset for the Fun Set" happy hour Monday - Saturday evenings

• Sunday Happy Hour available on request for additional $100 USD

• Summer Season (June 1 - second Friday in December)
  $5587 USD/week  (Regular price: $6573 USD)
   

• Winter Season (Second Saturday in December - May 31)
  $6866 USD/week  (Regular price: $8078 USD)

Special Events:

• Catered meals available for up to 32 people

• Sunset cocktail parties in our rooftop bar for up to 45 people

Payment:

• Single payment by credit card for the first night is required for confirmation

• Balance due automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival

Cancelation:

• 31 days or more prior to arrival: refund of deposit (less 25% cancelation fee)

• 30 days or fewer prior to arrival: refund only for rooms that can be rebooked (less 25% cancelation fee)​​
