Breakfast

Breakfast is served Monday through Saturday, and is always one of the highlights of the day for the guests at Casa Sirena. Accompanying the daily breakfast entree, our service includes fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit plate, coffee and a selection of tea.

Monday: Huevos Moltuleños

Two sunny-side up eggs on crisp tortillas with black beans and mild tomato salsa garnished with fried plantains, green peas, sautéed ham and cheese.

Tuesday: Pancakes

With maple syrup and smoked bacon

Wednesday: Enfrijoladas de Huevo

Soft tortillas filled with scrambled eggs covered in rich black bean sauce, garnished with chorizo sausage, onion, cheese, avocado slices and sour cream.

Thursday: Fresh Fruit Crepes

Crepes filled with fresh fruit and yogurt, garnished with homemade granola and maple syrup.

Friday: Chicken Enchiladas

Soft tortillas filled with shredded chicken and covered with mild tomato salsa, garnished with avocado, sour cream, cheese and red onion.

Saturday: Huevos Divorciados

Two sunny-side up eggs on crisp tortillas, one covered in mild green tomatillo salsa and the other in mild red tomato salsa, garnished with refried beans and tortilla chips.

Alternate Breakfast

Every day, we also offer an alternate breakfast of eggs cooked to order with toast and bacon or homemade granola and yogurt. In addition, we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs with advance notice.
